Claims Handlers

Due to our ongoing expansion, we have exciting opportunities at our Ventura Park Offices, Tamworth for ambitious career minded individuals.

We are looking to recruit good team players who have excellent telephone, keyboard and communication skills, people who enjoy working in a busy and target driven environment for which they will be suitably rewarded.

In addition the successful applicants will need to be selfmotivated, able to learn quickly and work at a fast pace whilst paying attention to quality and detail. Previous claims handling experience not required as full training will be provided.

Call Centre Operators

We are looking for motivated individuals who can deliver high levels of customer service whilst working within a busy environment. You will need to be confident, articulate, customer sensitive, and possess reasonable keyboard skills. Previous call centre experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be given. We will train you to be a decision maker, taking all types of calls to provide a first class service to all our customers.

To cover full time hours:
8:00am – 8:00pm
Flexible start/end time and Saturday rota
